Background
Prior to founding Extenti, Matthew and Anthony worked closely for more than twenty years, and started and grew an industry-leading facilities management company.
Their experience revealed a clear need for owners of built environments: strategic consideration of operations, finanical planning, and user experience.
Extenti was borne of the founders' complementary strengths with a mission to advance long-term facility stewardship so communities can optimize the use of their built environments.
Leadership
Matthew Fairbanks
Matthew is a facility executive with more than two decades of experience leading innovation at the intersection of infrastructure, operations, and finance.
Before Extenti, Matt grew a niche idea into a national facilities management platform managing over $2.7 billion in assets across thirteen states. He led services in seventeen major US cities, negotiated national tenant relationships, and is an inventor on two patented facility systems that have saved clients millions of dollors in operational costs.
After a successfully exit, he and Anthony launched Extenti to focus specifically on facility lifecycle strategy and stewardship at scale.
Anthony Criddle
Anthony brings twenty years of experience in facilities operations and leadership from a variety of industries.
Before Extenti, Anthony spent fourteen years leading national initiatives and delivered complex programs across airports and infrastructure projects. Previous roles sharpened his ability to connect daily operational realities with long-term strategy. He is named as inventor on two patents that have defined industry fuel pricing best practices and waste management operations.
Anthony brings a complex blend of frontline insight and strategic foresight, translating big ideas into practical and scalable solutions.
